Indigenous gathering and celebration at Small Arms Inspection building at Mississauga, Oct 9, 2021

Today was a gloomy, black-clouds-rain, Saturday and I wanted to get out of the house before I went into a low mood. There was nothing to interest us in Toronto and we drove to Mississauga to see the indigenous gathering and celebration. It was a low key affair but I enjoyed watching the few native Canadians in their traditional clothes, window shopping the indigenous things for sale and eating the tasty vegetable soup, bison soup, bear claw bun and Hannock bread. The food was free and served in recyclable paper cups, plates and wooden spoons!

I wish  that they had more stuff going on indoors of this "Small arms inspection building".

The stalls were all outdoors as also the music.

Above are photos of the building, below are the photos of a fence surrounding a vegetable garden.

The cardinal in the photo below is not real!

This water tank in the photo above is near the Small Arms Inspection building and has been captured in a painting on a (? gardening) shed between the building and the car parking lot.
