Good Irish movies and shows and other undiscovered gems on Tubi.com in Canada

 I have enjoyed these Great Irish TV shows and movies the last few days (Dec 2022) on Tubi.com in Canada.

I recommend anyone interested in Crime shows to watch these on Tubi.com which is free and has very few ads! The reason I am writing this list here is because the whole list does not show up when you browse and you are unaware of all available shows when you choose.

Movies: Fay Grim ( I really liked this actress!)

TV shows

2) Red rock ( I watched a while ago and not in Dec 2022) 

3) Proof (just started watching it)

4)Acceptable risks

These Irish shows are a refreshing change from the American and British shows I usually watch. 

I enjoyed McCallum too on Tubi but this may not be an Irish TV show.

Hawaii tropical plants at The Hub at Eglington and Brimley

The cold weather and grey skies of Toronto gives me the winter blues. I try to beat these blues by watching crime fiction shows set in hot weather places (such as Magnum P.I set in Hawaii and Death in paradise set in a fictional Carribean island) and visiting the indoor gardens with tropical plants (such as the Allan Garden Conservatory which has been shut for more than 2 years now!)

It gave me great pleasure to look at this wall of tropical plants in the Hub at Eglinton and Brimley which I visited recently. 

You need green to clear away the blues !

 

Fleurs De Villes NOEL: Bloor-Yorkville December 7-11, 2022

I went to Bloor Yorkville and saw the lovely flower arrangements spread over Yorkville. Below are a few photos. I did not follow the flowers map, I was cold and had only an hour of free parking and therefore could not see all the arrangements.
