It's April 18, 10.25 am, Toronto .
The weather is gloomy: cool , cloudy and looks like rain today.
I have a 4 day long weekend: Good Friday, weekend and Easter Monday.
My husband is snoring away in his bed...recovering from a cold
I have finished my part, doing the damn taxes!
Watching New Tricks on Britbox and enjoying it now...without feeling guilty about 'wasting time' instead of 'doing something useful'.
I have not checked the news today...I am so sick of what's happening in the world and seeing family and friends on the precarious edge of impending unemployment.
Despite the cold and clouds , 'New Tricks' is keeping me cosy, entertained and relaxed in bed.
May this feeling never end!

Professional development day ...so I am at home
Lovely day outside in Toronto 16 degrees celcius...quiet (except for the hum of the light mid-day traffic outside my home)...lunch (hot chappatis with chicken tandoori and beans, carrot, potato palya followed by a desert: banana with perfect degree of ripeness)...watched the 5th episode of Duster.
It's lovely to watch this show...this summer sunshine and heat goes with this Arizona show. The music, the plot, the clothes of that period...all make me feel so mellow and good!
